Ok, I promise this one is yummy! I am drinking green smoothies for the last seven years and have tried any combo under the sun. Some work fantastic others come out tasting and looking like salad dressing and you will not ever blend them again! But this one is one of my proven top 10.
A, the base is the juice of 1 large orange
B, 1 banana peeled and sliced
C, 3 leaves of Kale (without the stem). I think Italian Kale, also called Dinosaur Kale tastes the best!
D, 1 Pear sliced ( you can use apple if you don’t have pears)
= Blend it all on high speed in your blender of choice. ENJOY!
