Yummy healthy Carrot Ginger Dressing

Carrot Ginger Dressing

Ingredients:

1 C carrot juice

1 C carrots

1 orange (peeled)

1 C cherrie tomatoes

1 clove garlic

1″ peeled ginger

1tsp extra virgin Olive Oil

pinch of salt and little pepper

basic recipe adapted from Raw Food Recipes... but I added some Olive Oil to get the nutritional benefits. The Body can not absorb Vitamin A well without fat!
