Lavender Tea is great for jangled nerves, and soothing stomach

Lavender Tea benefits include that of being calming and relaxing. Great for jangled nerves, and soothing stomach discomforts. Lavender tea bags are a convenient way to enjoy Lavender tea wherever you may be. The Earl Grey Lavender tea below works fantastic with lavender!

3 Tablespoons fresh lavender flowers or 1 1/2 Tablespoons dried lavender flowers (check your farmers market)

2 cups boiling water

honey and lemon if desired

Put the flowers in a teapot or container along with the boiling water allowing them to steep a good 4 to 5 minutes.

Pour into cups straining if necessary to remove the flower buds. Serve Lavender flower tea with honey and sliced lemon. You can mix the Earl Grey in after the Lavender tea is ready.
